The invoice/payment receipt is emailed automatically to your registered email address via Stripe. If you cannot find the receipt, you can find one in three easy steps:
Step 1: Please log in to your RapidDox Customer Portal. Click on your name on the top right-hand side
Step 2: Click on Billing
Step 2: Click on the download icon on the Payment History page. You will be redirected to the Stripe website and your receipt is displayed. At the bottom of the page, you will see the "Download as PDF" URL to download a copy.
