Is Desktop App Secured to use?
- RapidDox desktop application doesn't transfer any of your data or metadata out of your local machine.
- RapidDox desktop app communicates with our servers for operational purposes, like to validate licenses or push updates to your local machine.
How secured is SaaS solution?
- The metadata read from the uploaded file to the RapidDox SaaS application is temporarily saved on our secured servers. Once your session is closed, we delete all the metadata permanently for security reasons.
